Default Oil leak front of motor - oil pan torque spec

A little backstory, on how we ended up here. I'm the one whos handy in the family - cars, tools, woodworking, carpentry, you name it. Well I haven't been around for a good number of years after college and in that time my family has maintained their vehicles to my standards - at a bare minimum. They kept taking it to a really ****ty mechanic that would "charge him" for work that was unnecessary and just plain not actually do it. Then he offered to buy the car when everything went to ******. I think he has a couple thousand dollars in work that never actually fixed the issues he went to him for, the guy would just say well, im going to just keep replacing things until it gets fixed. Definitely not how a mechanic should be approaching these problems. Unfortunately good ol` dad is super hardheaded and refuses to ask for my advice and help while ive been gone.

First 10 feet of the undercarriage were soaked in oil and/or trans fluid. Despite this fact, he never tried to fix any of the oil leaks. I originally thought they were from the pan, but after cleaning up everything it looks as though it was coming from the front of the motor down. I assume the trans pan was leaking also since he was charged for allegedly "changing the filter, replacing fluid and resealing", he also broke a bunch of tabs trying to diagnose a misfire, which he never replaced, nor did he fix the misfire. Unfortunately the old owner has sold the shop, so I cant even go back to get it fixed, nor would I really want to at this point. I managed to fix the misfire but the oil leaks are still ongoing. I did some research here and evidently theres some seals that need replaced as general maintenance? 200k+ and hes never done any of them. Looks to be coming from multiple places in the front of the motor. Any idea where the culprits could be? One of them seems to be coming from one of the belts gears. Unsure about others.

Anyways, I already found the torque spec for the trans pan (hopefully the bolt holes arnt overtightened and its bulged out) I believe its 65 in-lb. At this point im going to make sure they're at least the right torque, but I cant seem to find any posts stating the torque specs of the oil pan bolts. Can anyone give me what the torque specs are on the pan?

Thanks for the speedy reply. But would there be specifically any differences with the 2jz-fe v6 vs the 3uz-fe v8 in terms of oil leak issues or problem areas?
