Update to my problem
Sorry, tried to delete my first thread and don't know how to do it.
Anyways, my recirc door was still working, so I tried to use the connector for that to the servos that I cleaned. Sure enough they worked. What would make the 2 connectors for temp and mode to not work?
Running the diagnostic, I got code 13,31,33,36,41,43 and 46.
Would replacing the hvac controller solve this problem? Is there an hvac computer?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm new to Lexus but it wouldn't suprise me if opening and closing the trunk didn't have its own computer.
Nah, seriously, the climate control system in these cars also has sensors to tell the servo's what to do. Is it hot inside the car but cool outside the car (sunny day in autumn scenario), does driver want cool air from the floor, in the face, from defrosters. Does the passenger want it cooler than the driver etc. So it's possible a sensor is also an issue.
These cars are great, when everything works. Frustrating at times when they don't.
