Default My shifter stuck in park. I checked break light are working wiring are okay

My gear stuck in park GS 400.
starts like every 4 or 5 times i starts the car it happened till totally stuck I checked the break lights are working and the break switch are okay. And I changed the gear switch and still the same. But when I went to electrician he says that the assembly getting low voltage.
I did not get what he meant.
please any help regarding that issue.

Do you hear a click after hitting the brakes before moving the shifter? If not, there's a small cover beside the shifter. Remove the cover and put a flathead screwdriver in there and try to move the shifter. If it works, you need a shift solenoid.

Actually I can’t hear the click after stepping on the brake. And yes I push the button under the small cover to move it.
please if you have photo for this part or at least where will be located it will help me a lot.
