Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to remove scratches from the plastic windows on instrument cluster ? If so what did you used to do that ?

Hello,
It all depends on how deep the scratches are - if they are just superficial, a good quality, soft microfiber towel and some polishing compound should do the trick. If, on the other hand, the scratch is deep enough that you can catch it with your nail, it will be tough to fix with basic tools. I will not recommend using any type of sandpaper on the cover, since you will definitely be able to notice the divot left by it. If the cover is too far gone, try going around used parts stores to see if there are any other ones available, there are also some companies that can polish even some worst cases out there, but it may cost about the same as the other cluster.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

I think you can get away with using ultra high grit sand paper like 3k or 5k. But again as Arsenii said it depends on how deep the scratch is. Some rubbing compounds are rated at 1500 -2000 grit. Glazes and swirl removers have a higher grit rating. you can polish it out. (think about how the yellow UV coating on headlights gets removed) just depends on how much work you are willing to put into it.
Good luck
