Hello, what are some good cat back exhaust for the GS300? I don't want any of those too aggressive I just want to hear the smooth 2JZ more without it being obnoxiously loud. Preferably those that can be sold or shipped to europe.

I think the Tanabe Medalion system is one of the few "good quality/name brands" available online lately. You will probably have best luck on eBay for price and shipping availability. I myself have found it more cost effective these days to just take cars I modify to the local muffler shop and have one built. I may provide a particular muffler and/or tip if I'm going for a certain look or sound. But there is no large box to ship, and no need to pay for all the polished piping no one will see. A custom exhaust always fits better than the mass produced systems because it is built to your car. You can always still have them install flanges where you want for future removal or whatever. It's cheaper, just as good, and a professional does the work for you. Get some quotes from your local shops.
