Default Parking break spring hitting the wheel studs

I took the rotor and parking brake off so I can move the dust shield forward so it would be easier to press out the rear knuckle bushings. After all the bushings was installed. I installed the parking brake back on and now the spring is hitting the studs. The right side spring doesn't have tension like the left side spring.

Are the pins the same length? Check to make sure you have them in the right place.
