You sure it's a torx? Usually the drain and filler plugs are 10mm or 12mm hex. Don't think there is such a thing as a T75 torx (55,60,70 etc. is what I have in a set). IIRC some fill plugs are T55 Torx on Toyota trucks. Those plugs are notorious for stripping make sure your tools are in good condition and seated properly in the plug. Use a breaker bar.

Yes all others I've done are Hex but this looks star, it is rusty I'll do a bit of scratching around this morning (7am in the UK) did spray WD yesterday breakfast now then back under the car 👍

Yes your spot on 10 mm Hex now the rust has been cleaned away, plugs out oil draining breakfast then re-fill.... Huuum oil bottle hasn't got a tube on 🙄 need to look for the hand pump 👍
