JCramair1 : Your garage is so beautiful I've saved it and shared it with my family. Great Job! Keep us posted on your changes.

KVA: We must be in the same area, San Francisco/Peninsula. I swear the YARD ALONE is $2 Million. We just went Window shopping at new home models in South San Francisco; 3 bedroom/3 bath/No yard, Neighbors windows outside your MASTER BATHROOM window, 2150 square feet STARTING @ $875,000. And just try to by a condo in the city...

Incredible machines, and beautiful garage. Hard to imagine you could use computer in the same place where you park though Don't you think it is a bit too small for such a mansion to have only 2 cars garage? Anyway, thanks for open my eyes.

In North California Saratoga, Pala alto, or SJ upper residence area, a house with lawn like that is easily 3 m +. there is hardly such a luxury in such densed areas.

again, much probs jcramair1

awesome cars, awesome house Love that Porsche. Awesome garage too, if only those garage door openers could somehow be hidden
Since many guys on ferrari chat are into hooking up their garages too, heres a link that you might find useful.

It's actually a 3 car garage, it's just that the 3rd bay has a bunch of construction materials in it right now. Within the next couple of weeks they will be gone and there will possibly be another member of my family added to the Garage

Must be rough...hahaha!!!

Darius2004 - I live in the South Bay (LA area near the beach) and 1,300SF lots are going for $700K. Normal lots are 2,500SF and fetch between $500 - 900K...in Manhattan Beach (next door to me) everything West of PCH starts at $1M w/o having to do a significant remodel ($150K+) on 4,000SF+ lots...it's crazy! ...and there is no parking and *****ty roads! I would be afraid to drive anything lowered more then 1.5". I feel for you guys in the Bay Area!

KVA, as you can tell by my SN, I also feel your pain.

But I still love the South Bay. It's a great "middle point" to get to anywhere in LA within a reasonable time. Except during rush hour of course...

Hahaha...pvmike1! Yes...you know the market is crazy when PV looks like a "good" buy! I have actually considered looking there, but may settle in Hollywood Riviera (Lower Riviera - I want to be as West as possible!) if things work out and the planets align on the third tuesday of the month

Sorry for running off on tangents about the price of real estate...

jcramair1, I am very impressed with your stable of cars and quality of life...and wish to emulate Great choices all around!

Can't wait to see the new addition to the stable...will it be white also?

Amazing. White is my favorite color on Porsche.

Mind telling us what you do so I can go back to school and aspire to study that? LOL.
