For some reason one of the doors on my GS is missing it's chromeish metal trim. Do they have factory stock replacement trim and is it easy to pop in?

It's part of the lower cladding of the door. The whole thing is clipped to the door as one piece, including the steel trim. It's a very expensive part from the dealer, so try and find a used one. Or, if somehow just the steel trim came out, you can stick parts store chrome trim in there as a cheap temporary solution, I guess.

The lower cladding will need to come off. Are u sure it’s missing and isn’t painted body color or something? The cladding is just held on by some 10mm nuts in the door jam (both ends of the door) and then some 2sided tape in the middle of it. U can find the trim at most wrecking yards or eBay, u might have to buy the whole piece of cladding, in which case just find the cheapest one for the door u need. Color and condition don’t really matter as long as the chrome is good, it is also 2sided taped to the cladding, and will come off pretty easily once the cladding is off the door. Good luck
