Default Parking brake binding

My rear right parking brake is binding. I guess this isnt supposed to be tilted when parking brake is released right?

Hi have you ever resolved this? Does it make a clunk noise after you release your parking brake and move for a few feet?

Thanks.

Hello,
yes I did resolve the issue, it turns out that it was binding parking brake cables so I replaced them and it is now working wonderfully. It is not a difficult job and I recommend replacing the parking brake shoes and the harware around it because you have to remove them anyways.
Regarding the clunking noise it does one big *Clunk* when I release the brake because the brake shoes are spring loaded.
