Default Buying new GS430 to replace the one I unfortunately wrecked...

I recently totalled my 2004 GS430 (@ 180k miles) and it was my BABY! So I am now looking to buy another GS4xx and I came across a 2001 GS430 with 204k miles, well kept and maintained. I am wondering if 2001 is better/worse year, as well as if 204k miles is too much for me to make this car my daily for at least the next 2-3 years. It is posted for $4,000 (negotiable) and I feel that it could be a good purchase keeping in mind the age and mileage of the car. Let me know what you all think...

I paid a little under that for a GS300 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Granted, it had a bunch of service records so I felt comfortable with that purchase. Go for it!!

These are local to me, about 1000 miles from u, but both are super clean. I know they were both priced for way less a few months ago. And they doubled in price about a month ago. So they should be ready to negotiate.
