thanks martialart im going to go with the teins once i do more research on them on the differences prob order next week with my exhaust (still pondering that as well ) i will have it hooked up pretty quick ! oh and a 4 wheel alignment after the tein installation ! once i get the nak diagram i will install my system hopefully tonight .

lv2000, personally I LOVE my Tein Flex. I wouldn't have it any other way. Right now I have the front set to 12 and rear set to 10. I haven't messed with it that much really.
My EDFC is sitting in my room right now waiting for installation. I can't wait to get it done because I can tell there are times I want the car stiff and then other times when my girlfriend or family members are in I want it soft.
As soon as I get it installed I'll give you an update.
Overall they made a HUGE difference to me. At the current settings my car feels a lot more responsive. I can feel everything in the road but that is what I like and I've had ALL my cars set up like that.
