Significant driveline vibration

Hi all,
Recently my GS300 has started having a significant vibration on the middle-rear left side of the car generally when accelerating under 30km/h which causes basically the entire interior to shake. I’ve checked all of the suspension components from what I can see and they all look good. I’m a bit concerned now because as I was testing for the issue a large bolt fell off the car (labelled 11 on the head). I’m thinking it could be something to do with the driveshaft or differential. Anyway, not driving the car for now until I fix it.
Has anyone had a similar issue or know of a possible fix?
Cheers.

Get the rear of the car up in the air on stands, a lift, or ramps so that you can get under it and get a good look. You may have lost a bolt that holds the differential up to the subframe and it's moving around on you. Maybe you've lost bolts where the driveshaft connects, maybe a drive axle is losing bolts. I suspect it should be obvious when you get a look.

The driveshaft also connects to the tranny up front, so check that spider too. I lost (or forgot to torque down) a bolt from the front spider of my driveshaft on my GS400, which gave me acceleration vibration at different speeds. I felt it the most from the armrest, and it felt like a shudder at mid-power acceleration (it wasn't present during light or hard acceleration). It took me months of troubleshooting the entire drivetrain, and I almost bought a new driveshaft, only to find that the driveshaft was coupled to the tranny with only 2 bolts.

Thanks for all your responses! I’m going to have a look under the car tonight in good detail with my friend and hopefully its just a few bolts missing and nothing serious.
