Proportionately, those wheels do look like the pics of GS's that have had 21"s stuffed on. 
What brand and scale is that car? All of the die-cast GS's I've seen before have had the stock 98-02 17" wheels.

its an auto art 1/18 scale with 21 inch rims to scale lowered ! you wont see another one like it i made it the auto art are the best diecasts on the market i think .even the back doors open ! trunk feels like carpet

i know its in black and white also i havent seen blue . but that doesnt mean that it doesnt exist check ebay put in " auto art gs400"

i just looked it upon yahoo. only silver and black, but they make a blue is300..oh well thanx anyway..
