what does it actually mean? I bought a 2000 GS3, w/ 48,000 miles, and they certified it? so what does that entitle me?

Certified is a great program, IMO is just like having a new car. I bought mine in March of 2001 with 59k, whenever I take it in I get a Lexus loaner, I have used the Roadside Assistance twice (both times LIFESAVERs). Pretty much new car service, used car price.

Keep in mind my car is 96 and it had 94k when my issues arose, I always got TOP SHELF service, as if my car was a 2003

Lexus used to have the best warranty, in some cases they still do..
Bmw introduced a 6 year 100k mile warranty certified used car program..Im looking to get one soon : )
I have bought 3 total lexus certified cars and im verry happy with them, my current two used cars run great!
