Default No communication w/ ECM

So, I was driving the other day when my gs300 died.

it’s cranks and and cranks, but my security light stays on when key is inserted and cranking ( I have 3 keys, none work). I go to pull codes, won’t connect to ecm. But it’s would power on my code reader.

I pulled ecm and it’s looks good.. no leaking capacitors that I could tell.

do you think I should replace ecm? I’ve checked fuses and just can’t really understand the disconnect from ecm and immobilizer engaged.

Not sure if it has a fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail like the IS250. Once it has issues it won't let the ECU communicate. Unplugging it will let the car start then die again till replaced. I need to brush up on the 2nd Gen GS diagrams online.
