Gs430 Immobilizer?
I have a 2004 GS430 that I’ve had for awhile and I’ve been currently working/ doing maintenance on. I’ve recently changed my knock sensors and when I was completed I ran into a “ crank no start issue “ I’ve went through the car completely just to find to be told I’ve somehow triggered the immobilizer, the only videos i could find was the “ paper clip and let it sit for 30 mins “ bypass but it has not worked and the only other video I could find was somebody cutting the immobilizer wire on the ecu but gave no details or any verbal instructions. Do I need to get a new ecu and then do the bypass again?, or is there another way to solve this problem

You need an auto locksmith or you need to send your ECU and keys to a business that can reprogram the two together. I just went through this. It's not cheap. About $240.00.
