Too much speculation on what it will look like. Need to see it for real first.

Default 2006 model

I think that all first model year cars get an important upgrade the following year! I will definately get a 2006 in 2007. I let the value drop a little and get it at some auction for under 35 for the V8 with nav... As you can see not too many 98 GS owners on the board. So I will definately wait the three years for my new ride. It will be time to sell my 2000 GS by then just hope I can get at least 20,000 but I really dought it!!! If not as nice as anticipated the NEW BMW 5 is hella nice!!!! Maybe even a used 2005 7 for that price. The new bimmers are going to make the new GS a hard sell if it does not come out hardcore like its competition.

Not to take this thread off topic, but... huh? There are LOTS of 98 GS owners on the board.

That's all good! VI Rep!

Ok, here is what i have to say about the news today on CL's, new GS concept car was posted. I think i'm going to stick around with my 2nd Generation GS for awhile now that I kinda have an idea what it might look like....

But again, have to see it to believe it! right?

Brave soul. I'd NEVER buy a used high strung German car. Definitely huge risk of HUGE maintenance costs.

It's too early to make a decision without seeing the real thing. But I think I will consider the new GS, the RX hybrid, and the next Infiniti M45 (Nissan Fuga concept) when I replace my 98 LS400 about one year from now. I am only 35 and I feel/look like I am driving my father's car in my LS400 . I want something more sporty.

I'll wait at least a year or so and get one fresh off-lease. Let some other sucker take the 30% depreciation whack on the head!!

I plan to hook up the next GS...Was going to hook up this one but with the 05's so close and the Yen so strong(wheels became expensive) I decided to wait. My rep has me set up to get out of this lease and into an 05 when it comes out.

Which now that I mention it, he gets us a new car every year. Just cancels the old lease and gives us a new one... Check my sig out!
