According to his sig, he is using HKS Hipermax Damper LS coils. Nice. I considered this myself but there was so little feedback on these.

Hipermax Damper LS Coilover. These things ride absolutely beautiful. My car on 19's and SprintR6's car on 20's both have a similar ride, smooth and comfortable. HKS has discontinued the LS and has introduced the LS+ which has 30 way adjustable dampening in addition to height adjustment. The LS' were only height adjustable. CL member, HKS JZS161, had Hipermax Damper II's on his GS300 and those rode very comfortable too considering that they were valved a little stiffer.

Thanks for the feedback. Is there an electronic adjustment module similar to EDFC? The ride is probably smooth but does it still border on floaty? I have Flex now but I may consider CS or these LS+. I run the Flex at 4/3 (manual clicks) and even that is a bit floaty at times. Are there any noise from your suspension? Meaning are they more audible than the stock suspension? Thanks.

There is nothing on the drawing board yet from HKS in regards to an EDFC-type of device. The HIpermax LS does have a little bit of flex, but if you wanted to avoid it completely, I'd go with the more performance oriented Hipermax Damper II. Stiffer springs and valving.

No noises what so ever.

Ummm...i dont smoke....so I can't relate to the lip size as compared to the size of a pack of cigarettes.

How big are your lips? (Oops that sounded funny!!).... LOL!!

The Fronts are about 76mm or a little under 3 inches. The rears are 101mm or just a hair under 4 inches.

A pack of cigarettes, if you unfortunately smoke, are usually a good tool for measuring guesstimates. They are approximately 2 1/4 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall. A pack of 100's are 100mm long, so about 4 inches.
