Help with my 2000 GS300
1. I am currently having the "infamous" ABS, VSC, VSC OFF, and BRAKE lights appear with a constant ringing sound. The lights and ringing only appear in the morning after my car is warm, specifically after my RPM drops below 1000. My usual drive to work is around 15 minutes where I drive with the constant ringing and warning lights, but my brakes work fine. After work at around 3 PM, I start my car and the ringing continues until the RPM drops below 1000. After that, the ringing and warning lights will not re-emerge until the next morning. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem or direct me to a thread that does?
2. I wanted to swap my OEM navigation for an after market Pioneer DMH1770-NEX. After buying the wrong harness and realizing that the OEM nav model and OEM non-nav models have different wiring, I have found it very hard to find a harness that would fit. Has anyone swapped their OEM nav for an after market double din using a different harness? I already bought an OEM climate control which works perfectly fine I only need a harness that will connect that wiring to my aftermarket double din.

Can't help with #2, but regarding #1, there's a possibility your alarm is going off due to a faulty pressure sensor or wonky voltage related to alternator, bad wiring, corrosion, infestation of mice (who knows). However, it's far more likely it's going off because the master cylinder is not keeping proper pressure - and as/when it fails, can definitely result in you losing your brakes. Be careful.
