A good scan tool will do what? I’ve read the live data via my blue point microscan- I’m getting crank input readings and like you mentioned, my tach is registering and my balancer is making rotations.

Have you ever replaced the FP sensor? Your last video kinda sounds like that is the issue. If theres spark, then when you sprayed carb cleaner spray why didnt the engine try to start? Make sure your carb cleaner is flammable

Did you ever get your car fixed? I think I am having the same issue with my 2007 Lexus Rx 350. Same buzzing noise. It first happened at a mall parking lot. Luckily, the car actually started after turning the key multiple times. But now the car has been sitting for a couple days. Battery is good. Starter is good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
