Lexus gs350 seat rails/back removal

I have a 2007 Gs350 RWD and I bought a pair of used front seats from an AWD. I notice the rails closer to the center consol are different. Is there a way the seat rails or the back cushion could be swapped?

Yes awd has a hump in the transmission tunnel, so the seats, and floor mats differ. You should be able to tear apart the seat and just swap the cushion and leather skin to your seat. Shouldnt be too difficult!
