I believe this is what you are looking for. PCV valve = EGR valve. Replacing it may be easier than cleaning it. I had read earlier that they weren't expensive. I have not done this yet.

EGR is different, it pulls exhaust gases into the intake manifold. I noticed the prius guys have had issues with their plungers getting stuck. I figured why not clean mine. I have already replaced my PCV valve.
I seen this on a search but its for a 06 gs300 and not a 350. I need to pop open my hood to see if mine is similiar

Sorry about that. Maybe the 2007 2GR-FSE engine doesn't have an EGR valve. I'll do a little more research myself.
