Default Transmission slipping

Hello I have an 09 GS350 with 162k miles and this morning I was backing out my driveway and noticed it was struggling to reverse. There’s a slight incline at the end of my driveway almost like a dip and normally im
able to back out no problem but today I had to really step on the gas with the RPM reaching like 2k before the car would even start to reverse. then driving I was noticing a delay in shifts yet no CEL or messages popped up on the dash. But the overall feel during the drive just didn’t feel right I checked for codes anyways and pulled up P0894 and P2714. Transmission components slipping and transmission fluid pressure solenoid D performance problem or stuck off.

I had recently replaced the transmission fluid, filter and transmission pan gasket February this year @150k miles.

Is there a reason as to why I didn’t get a CEL or messages on the dash but pull those codes when I decided to check anyway? Something like P2714 I would have expected limp mode to activate or even just the cel but they didn’t. and as far as correcting the issue, am I just replacing the solenoid?

Would I be able to reuse the transmission fluid if visually it looks ok? since it wasn’t too long ago.

any help appreciated

Did you do the transmission fluid yourself? If so did you follow the procedure correctly. Was this the first transmission change the car ever had?

i had it drained and filled once 2 years prior around 115k miles but that’s about it. Procedure was done correctly I believe I didn’t really have a problem with it until today and I checked two days ago for any codes regarding something else unrelated so I know the p2714 code came on just this morning

Hello, OP. Do you have any updates? I have the same codes but finally got diagnostic and will do the further check next Monday. Thank you!

Does this problem occurred usually overnight when it was started cold? And usually after it was warmed up, you will no issue engaging to reverse with no hesitation to get into gear?
