My car won’t start

At first my 2006 gs300 ran out of gas I put gas in it and it still was cranking but not starting now it only goes into the acc mode it didn’t have any codes before but now it’s giving me code p0420

Yes, on mine you can see that plastic melted on the fuel pressure sensor
