My 2006 gs300 ran out of gas I put more gas in it and still got a crank no start I put starting fluid in the intake and it ran and then died I don’t know what it can be

When you try cranking it, does the radiator fans kick on while you are trying to crank the engine over? Because if they do, its a sign that the fuel pressure sensor is bad, and its shorting out the ecu. If its never been replaced, I would replace it with oem part.
