Default GS 450h Propshaft

Hi to all Lexus fans, I'm new to this forum. I want to ask if anybody had to do anything with the propshaft? my GS 450h from 2008(3rd gen) is getting some vibrations when driving around 80mph and they disappear around 100mph. I got all 4 wheels balanced and all suspension bushings checked. Don't know what else could possibly cause it so my worry is that I will have to replace center bearing and the rubbers on the ends (couplings). Unfortunately Lexus/Toyota isn't selling these rubber couplings on their own, but only with full propshaft. has anybody sourced them somewhere else? Or is there a reason why they can not be replaced? I found drawing from gen 2 GS which looks same as 3rd gen but on 2nd gen you can get coupling on their own.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Too me it sounds like a bent wheel! A lot of wheel shops will just slap weights to balance the wheels but they sometimes do not pay attention to if the wheels are bent or not. My suggestion is take it back to any wheel shop and have them just spin the wheels on the balancer. Shine your light on the tread, make sure theres no uneven tread. Next shine on the inner barrel of the wheel, make sure that spins true with no bends, then the outer face. If you do have bends, then you can take the wheels to a wheel repair shop and fix them instead of buying new or used.

Check your brakes too. Make sure your brake pistons are not seized and can move freely.
