Sounds like the starter solenoid is not returning, the gear. Maybe more likely the shaft of the starter needs lube. Maybe if you remove the starter, clean the shaft and grease it. Worst case buy a used starter on www.car-parts.com you can find newer model cars and the price is so cheap. or buy a denso starter from rockauto, I would avoid cheap china aftermarket

I would also fix this soon, as what can happen if you keep letting the starter gear grind. That sound is the gear bouncing off the flywheel. It can do damage to the flywheel and destroy the teeth. If that happens then the transmission needs to be removed and you will need to buy a new flywheel. So fix it asap, and when you remove the starter examine the flywheel for damage.

Thanks buddy, I thought it might be this because it starts fine but there is something rubbing at the end of the return or a delay. I'll check it today.

The starter is replaced, old one is near life. swapped it for used OEM Denso around 150$ including labor. It was really painful for the technician because there is no room to work and it is probably the original 2008 starter so it was tough to get it out it took around 45 minutes.
Flywheel is not damaged thank God.
