Default Differential Removal

Hey guys I want to take my diff off of my 2006 Lexus gs430 and was wondering if there are any guides on removing it. Or is it just sort of an unbolt everything off of it and take it down?

Just unbolt it! Just make sure you put a marker on the axle and on the flange, before you take off the axle. That way when you go to reinstall it you wont have driveshaft imbalance

so do I have to touch the axle from where it is at the wheels? Or do the wheels not even come off?
