Hello, I have a 2008 Lexus Gs450H SE-L and it gently sways when I drive. I have got it checked out but it still slides. I have been told to change the coil overs and suspension but what do I change it to? Please give me advice.

Sliding, and swaying are 2 different issues. The sliding, could be the road surface is slippery, or your tires are not performance, or tire psi is way off.
Swaying is in the suspension, if you take a corner and the car body rolls. This has to do with the swaybar, worn out shocks can also add to this. You can purchase a front aftermarket thicker swaybar (meagan or Fsports brands can be had off ebay) and this will tighten up the front end. If the front swaybar wasnt enough, you can add purchase a rear thicker bar aswell.
First thing I would do is make sure tire psi is inflated at the proper psi.
