I remember awhile back there were issues with the GS430 with immboilzer, they called it the immobilzer trick.

Heres the procedure! I had to search for it.
A: Press the ignition button, this will turn on the dash.
B: Next press the ignition again to turn it off.
C: Next get out of the car and close the door, with the key, unlock and lock the vehicle 3 times.
D: Then open the door and try to start the car.

Also have you tried using another key fob?
A: Press the ignition button, this will turn on the dash. <As I cannot enter IGN or ACC it will not turn on the dash. Absolutely nothing happens when you press the start button. The Security light should flash until you go into ACC or IGN from my experience. Once it starts it sometimes starts to flash while driving. If I at that time shut the engine off it will not start again.

That youtube video was one of the first things I found and it sadly did not work.

The car started working again today when it was still a bit colder outside but it had rained so more damp air and then after a few hours when it got dryer it stopped working again for a while until I started gently moving the cables around near the ECUs on the passenger side. After that it started and drove multiple times. I've removed all connectors and cleaned with electric cleaner. Will check if it's still happy to start this evening

Have you checked all the fuses? Like pulled every fuse out and inspected the fuse and terminal? 2006 GS had issues with there drivers side fuse boxes, they would corrode.

Its good you cleaned the ecu wires, I would do the same with all 4 fuses boxes throughout the car. I would also search ground points unbolt them and clean all of them or atleast inspect them.

Still working since cleaning. I measured all the fuses on both boxes. I've cleaned all ground points I've found. I haven't found any info on where all the grounds are so I might have missed some.
