Just picked up my first Lexus about a month ago. Best build quality out of any car I've ever owned! Even with 170,000 miles, it's as tight as a drum. These fog lights came out great thanks to a thread from this forum! Now it's going to drive me crazy that the headlights don't match. How difficult is it to do if I use the same bulb? I went with 9006 Sylvania 6000k LED's btw.

Not trying to hijack your thread, but one of my fog lights went out and trying to replace the bulbs. Was as easy as just swapping the led bulbs for the oem ones?

I put in LEDs when I had the bumper off. Otherwise you might have to work around the fenderliner. ALLA lighting from ebay I believe, has lasted 2 years.

Found these yellow bulbs for the fogs on hidconcept.com. They are halogen, but for the price they seem ok. If anyone know of a better option, please let me know. I do prefer yellow fog lights.
