Unsound

I know it's not directly Lexus related, but I just bought a 2014 Toyota Crown Majesta 3.5L (GWS214). The tailshaft coupling needs replacement.

However, it does not have a part number nor can I find anything about it apart from people who've worked on it.
I was told that the GS450h tailshaft coupling is the exact same/could be a possible replacement.

Just wondering if anyone can confirm or has come across it before?

Pull your coupler or guibo take it to a toyota parts shop near you and see if they can match it up. You should be able to find something, as toyota/lexus cross refferences that part with a lot of there cars.
