I think this interior does the GS much more justice than the grey/black.

I joined this forum expecting much better than this. You say the rl is "not fun to drive," but you never drove it??? You were only a passenger in it? I don't care if we're talking about an Acura, Infiniti, MB, BMW, Kia, or Chevy, how can you say it's not fun to drive without ever having driven it? That's FANBOY to the maximum. You proclaimed the rl "is not agile AT ALL," but you never drove it? Please explain how you can make that proclamation without even tugging on the steering wheel. Admit it, you were never even a passenger in the car. You read a review, looked at pictures, and that's the extent of your rl knowledge. It is beyond ridiculous for anyone to draw such conclusions without driving the car.

I was hoping this forum was about real Lexus issues and information, not fanboy chatter. I was hoping my first post would be more positive, but this issue really should be addressed.

Seriously, tell us what YOU think! 1sick doesn't need prompting, he'll post if he feels like it. I don't personally care if you test drive the RL or not, but I do find it extraordinarilly silly when someone posts comments about how a car drives without actually having driven the car. Speak for yourself, do you really need someone else (1sick) to validate your opinion?

Oh, thanks for the welcome, 1sick!

Those prices are pretty good. I'm surprised that Nissan released them so early. Usually, they wait until a few days before release. Maybe they want potential buyers to "hold off" from buying an RL or the 5 in January and February.

Man, Those prices from infiniti are EXTREMELY GOOD. For a car like that equipped well standard on all models, thats going to be a dam good value. But i dont really care, im stil going with the 06 GS. I wonder if Lexus has a trick up thier sleeve with the pricing of the new GS.

A friend of mine works for a local infiniti dealer not toof ar from where I live. He had about 30 people on his own sales list alone. (meaning, 30 people have reserved the car through him alone) and this was back in November. I dont know what the scenario is now.

Im sure like everyone else, everyone is anticipating anywhere between 3-5K more than the current models. Perhaps after seeing the pricing of their new competitor, Lexus is going to shock us and its competitors, especially infiniti.

Wishful thinking on the pricing of the new GS? lol perhaps....i hope it turns out true.

Oh one another thing guys, I spoke to a lady who was a "product specialist" on the GS at the LA auto show yesterday about the pricing. She said the pricing is expected VERY VERY SOON. From the toen of her voice and how she conveyed that to me, it sounded to me liek she already knew the pricing but did not want to reveal. She did however tell me, that there is another lexus press conference at the end of this month/ beginning of early next month and there she said they should announce the pricing....

DAM U LEXUS..COME OUT WITH THE PRICING ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1st, Nissan, this is a VERY VERY smart move. Way to go.
I HOPE VERY MUCH, that Lexus then matches or goes lower with the GS. I know Lexus eyes BMW and Benz but this aggresive pricing cannot be ignored. Good thing the GS comes out last.
2nd, 50k for a RL, yes its loaded but seems very, very overpriced now, Infiniti/Lexus is giving people choices on what/how they want their car.
Damn a NEW M45 is 46k! 50k sport. Very impressed.
