yup, time to give my props to her too. eliz is awesome, she loves cars just as much as we do, and i really love the fact that she only talks about facts, nothing else. and she doesn't talk unless she's sure about the information, unlike any other speculations around. that's the love

and yup, while appreciatnig her help, why not go and get a car from her now i already got my is300 and sc430 from her

I have had only one communication by email with Elizabeth and I have to say that all the sentiments echoed by those of you that know her is so very true. She is very polite and professional in her interactions! An excellent asset to Clublexus!

Why would anyone in SoCal (or otherwise) buy from anyone else. She's professional, easy to communicate with, and provides top-notch support before and after purchase.

Once you buy a car from her, she will be the last Lexus rep you'll ever talk to

After talking to her a number of times and meeting her, I have to say she is the first call I'll make when I am ready for a new Lexus.

Well guys, I think words can barely say enough about Liz. I regretted last time I went pass Liz when I got my friend to purchase the 2004 ES330 from Longo. Anyways, Liz has been a great asset to the clublexus and the source of information about Lexus in general from dealer's prespective!

If everyone recalled my wheels incident back in November of last year. She went out of her way to the service department to make sure I was well attended by the appropriate party and get the desireable resolution from the bad incident.

Her patience and professionalism reassure that I will DEFINITELY purchase my next Lexus vehicle from her. Keep up the good work!!!
