Okay, so I haven't bought a car from her yet however she did go out of her way to find a golf cart and took me on a 20 min. grand tour of Longo. She truly is a great person to deal with...

As for your "incident", I just put in my 2 cents, ulitmately it was the fact that you are a long time Longo customer and also the grand efforts of Mike Sanders and Larry Fogt. Two great guys and great people to work with.
