Okay, so I haven't bought a car from her yet however she did go out of her way to find a golf cart and took me on a 20 min. grand tour of Longo. She truly is a great person to deal with...

If everyone recalled my wheels incident back in November of last year. She went out of her way to the service department to make sure I was well attended by the appropriate party and get the desireable resolution from the bad incident.

Her patience and professionalism reassure that I will DEFINITELY purchase my next Lexus vehicle from her. Keep up the good work!!!
Hahaha? See? You don't buy a car from me, but I am still nice to you!

As for your "incident", I just put in my 2 cents, ulitmately it was the fact that you are a long time Longo customer and also the grand efforts of Mike Sanders and Larry Fogt. Two great guys and great people to work with.

yeah eliz, his gf has been eyeing on the sc430 for a long long time, you know what to do right? just apply what you did to me on ken and also his gf and you are done

and ken, you are right on. apparently eliz enjoy driving that golf cart a lot. i am so tempted to ask her for a test drive in that thing in fact!

oh and back to the 3rd gen gs (to make it related), since ken you are done with your gs300, maybe it's time to move on to the next project....?

Well, I don't think I have to worry about that I'm in Canada & while the exchange rate looks very favorable now to buy a car in the U.S., there's still the problem of import taxes & fees, plus the distance involved, & as helpful as she might be as a sales consultant, there's probably little she can do to make it worthwhile . . . Oh, can I still get the golf cart tour if I do visit ?
