Have you test driven a new GS? If so...
...have you test driven a GS300/430 and complained about sluggish/soft accelleration, did you test drive it with the tranny engaged to ECT PWR mode?
...have you test driven a GS430 and complained about a soft ride, did you try the Adaptive Variable Suspension setting on SPORT mode?
Just curious. If you haven't tried any of these modes, perhaps driving the car again can give you a 2nd opinion?

Flip, I bought my 430 about 5 minutes after test driving it. It handles unbelievable, and it's fast as *****. There is very little difference using the Adaptive Variable Suspension setting, but thats just me. However there's a big difference in manual mode

I just wanted to address some little hidden details about the vehicle. Because from the complaints/concerns people have had, I only wonder if they've even considered applying the variables above during their test.

The Mercedes Benz E class, equiped with Airmatic DC, has another parameter, the height.
The car can be lowered at hight speed, and raised a bit in order to cross a difficult terrain. Can the GS430 vary her height?
Just curious. Thanks.
