Personally, I won't give up the Mark Levinson, but I don't care much about the rest.
I don't know about where you're located but we can't do that in Canada, if we want the ML, we have to take the NAV, PC, laser cruise as well

Navigation System/Mark Levinson® Audio System Package includes Lexus voice-activated DVD Navigation System with backup camera, Mark Levinson® 14-speaker 330-watt Premium Surround Sound Audio System.
Additional Options:
- One Touch Open/Close Moonroof
- Rain-sensing variable intermittent windshield wipers with mist control, headlamp washers and Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)
- Rear spoiler
- All-season run-flat tires
- Preferred Accessory Package (includes Cargo net, Trunk mat and Wheel locks)
The one thing I am curious about is whether the ML has a built in cd-changer....any ideas?
EDIT: Found out my answers. Yes, it has a In Dash 6 Disc Changer (appears to be standard, regardless if you get the ML or not).

the mark levenson sound system is alright, everything included in that package ie: nav/backup cam etc.. is awesome, but the sound quality is nothing compared to the stock system in my e320. The bose audio speakers sounds so much better and more bass!
One good thing about the GS navigation, you can watch dvd's from the nav screen, "only when parking brake is on," wonder if there's a way to rewire that.
