Aeroshield uses both 3M and Venture Tape. Most professional installers will prefer Venture due to it's durability, material finish and ease of install. The 3M automotive fims have more of an orange peel appearance and is not as easy to apply as Venture. Aeroshield also carries 3M Aerospace grade film (since they started on aircraft first) which is way more expensive.

yup, for pretty much the same price they always recommend venture tape. francisco at aerosheild demo the difference between the 3m and the venture tape, man it's really no comparison

Wow that it pretty impressive... The company that is closest to me is Xpel.. They use a 3m protective layer thats guranteed for 5 years... They claim no yellowing of the film and fading.... I'm considering this in about a month or so... Its down in Boca Raton FL.. They said it would take 4 hrs. to do the Hood, fenders, bumper, and mirrors..... any other options besides xpel.. If not I'm going to use them....Thanks tony

A lot of us have had xpel on our cars for several years now. It always looked pretty good until about a year ago, when Sam showed us Venture, and his Premier Mobile level of workmanship. The work is excellent. Bubbles, creases or any small blemishes are not a concern with Premiers workmanship standards.

Bottom line is, Venture is a notch above Xpel (3M). The difference in material quality is easy to tell by anyone.

Yes, you pay, but NO , you won't be dissapointed.

Yea i think it will turn out pretty good. I want good quality just like anyone else especially when it comes to protecting my vehicle.. It seems like roughly around the same price as mentioned earlier. i think it came to 589.00 or so without the headlight kit. That was another 69.95... So hopefully everything will turn out ok...Tony

If possible, ask to see some previous work. If not, I guess you just have to take the chance. Not all XPel dealers are the same in terms of quality. maybe you can PM Premier to see if he knows anything about the shop you are looking at or have recommendations. I know they go on install tours. Maybe you can get some of the guys in FL together to warrant a trip from them.
