Discounts on GS430 YET?
My daughter lives in the SF bay area and shes considering the M45 and GS430. Any one know if SF bay area dealers are discounting GS430's / M45's yet. If so, what can she expect in terms of discount? . She's looking for the typical equipment that would list out at about 57-58K for the GS. and about 55-56 for the M45.
Thanks

I was given quote of $5000 of sticker in south florida today on the gs430. I could still get the ls430 for less on a lease than the gs430 so I didn't buy the gs. I am confused at to what I want now. I am looking at the m45 now as well.

Who gave you this quote? Please do tell all. My delaer here in NY is doing a locate for me on a gs300 awd and if all goes well this deal will be finalized by next week hopefully. But 5000 off a gs430 sounds so sweet. I would get it at that price but here in NY no one really seems to be budging much.

$ 5000.00 off! Now we're talking. I think Lexus is just "milking" the hype, till they realize that they need to bring these cars down a bit, and then watch the sales skyrocket. Infiniti is starting to do a heck of a lot of advertising for the M, that's for sure. I'm negotiating a deal with Lexus Carlsbad in Southern California, based off of the price that FLEETRATES.COM has. They are offering a 06 430 for about $ 2400.00 off. Check out the SPECIALS down the left hand column. I'm sure you can beat that price, but it is a good start for a negotiation tool, and it's in print for the world to see. Just go into a dealer, tell them to pop it up on the web, and ask them what they can do for you.
My dealer told me over the phone he could do $ 2100.00 off---I told him I'll wait till they can give me about ($ 4000- $ 5000) off, which by all indicators, might be here already, or coming soon.
Please keep us updated on the prices guys, as there are a lot of us just waiting to pull the trigger when the time and price is right.

I currrently am waiting for a GS300 AWD fully equipped to be made available for me but they cant get glacier frost. They keep stalling and only gave me 1550 off sticker.
I go for value. If I can get 5000 off a GS430 then I will go for the 430 without hesitation.

lexus of glendale - An unnamed source who i dont want to make public right now - one of the people workign there said he could do 400 over invoice on a non nav in stock GS3 RWD. 41000+ttl.
Credibility? I called longo up and they said this dealership is known to loxball over the phone to get people in quoting them "invoice plus" pricing
Im going to really look into this and see if they really do it for that much.
My goal was to buy the vbase GS for as cheap as possible - 3-400 over invoice and this sounds like the best opportunity if it is true..
Ill tell u what happens asap on this. Just thought id let you know of this.

Very soon most dealers will start to offer the GS at 'over invoice' pricing - let the magic of the new model demand wear down. Lexus has a HUGE padding in their prices - bigger than any other in the category - so there is always lots of room. We got our GX470 for $1000 over invoice through the Costco program for one on the lot, and if I choose the GS over the M later this year, I'll also try for a similar or better deal - better because it will be my 2nd Lexus is about a year's time. I'd go for the loaded GS430, and shoot for the 5k off, perhaps - 53,500 or so would be lovely.
