Treo 650 Cingular help.
I finally got my to work. First make sure your bluetooth option in your phones prefrences is set to answer immediatly. Then making sure the bluetooth is set to on, and the phone is on, go on to the vehice's bluetooth set up screen. On your phone, do a handsfree set up at the same time so that when the car is searching it will find your phone. When the car sees the phone it will ask you to enter a four digit pass key, Enter it in the phone. The screen on the the car will look as if it has frozen and not pass this step. Ignore this and using your phone, make a call anyway. It will transfer the call to the car. After the call go back to the bluetooth settings page in the car and you should see the phone listed on the screen, enter ok on the screen. As long as your phone is powered on when you turn your car on it will automatically connect. One caveat is that your phone will not ring when you are in the vehicle, for me this isn't a problem because I am enjoying my mark levinson sound sytem 99 % of the time, and when a get an incoming call the sound goes to mute, and I know someone is calling. I also transfered my entire phone book in less than 10 seconds, more than 300 numbers. (Too many) I just find it easier to delete those that I don't need than to input each one at a time.
Hope this is helpful.
