In arizona with all the insane amounts of construction you would have to be crazy not to own a clear bra. I only had it on the bumper on my old infiniti and when I got rid of it at 115K the hood looked like a stary night. Its a must to preserve the finish. The cars paint finish is one of its most noticable attributes in my opinion

My GS, I'm definitely doing the clear bra. For the small issues (wax buildup, line visible) you can either soft tooth brush the wax off and the lines are barely visible at first glance. I've used the vinyl bras before, and they're just pain in the butts to maintain to ensure that dirt doesn't get underneath and scratch the paint and haze the hood. $800 investment for a $50K car, damn right it's going on.

I finally got my clear bra done today. I regret i didn't get this done when i purchased this car. After 16K miles, there are alot of chips i could of avoided when i purchased this car new if i had this covered. Anyhow, i am now protected. The clear bra now actually covers the paint chips. It looks nice and clear. For those of you just purchased your new 3GS, i highly suggest to get the clear bra done. Get the full frontal cover. Even the headlights. I saw some scratches on them as well. It is the best investment you can to do for your car.

I got the Clear Shield. Yes Sunny did the front bumper. However, the rest was done by his employee. Did you have some air bubbles forming after the install. I pointed out the air bubbles when i picked it up but the employee told me, the air bubbles will go away. I will give it a week and see. If it is still there i will have to take it back. However, it looks awesome. It covers from edge to edge. When I saw the dealer install of the clearbra, i didn't like it at all. I am so glad I got it now. Better safe then sorry. I should of got this done when i got this car.

I had small bubbles both times I had it done (1st time with Ventureshield and 2nd time with Clearshield). Ventureshield started to yellow so they switched me out to Clearshield under warranty. Russell, Sunny's assistant, did my 2nd install and did a great job as well. He indicated that it usually takes 2-3 weeks for those bubbles to go away - there's 2 or 3 on mine. My experience is that they indeed do go away after a while, or they can put a small needle in there and let it out.
