Hey CL,

I put in a Tom strut bar, what do you all think? Has anyone notices a difference in the handling?

I have a 2008 AWD 350.
I had to saw off a piece of the right side cover (Where the intake is) so i could put the strut bar and still have to covers on.

looks good

i don't have it for the gs350. but i had it for the gs400 and sc430. honestly, it's more for look. steering might be tightened a little bit but unless you push the car to the limit otherwise these won't really help the handling

Has anyone gotten rid of the orange in the headlights? Are there aftermarket ones without it and/or is it possible to actually remove/replace the orange in the stock lights?

You can take them out, just take off your headlights, put them in the oven, open them up etc. Of course youll have to take off the front bumper as well, oh and be careful with the sensors

cool strut bar man. I dont think its going to do much for the car other than decorate the engine bay. Its still a unique mod. Most Lexus performance mods for the GS are a joke. More show than go.

Please dont mix up Lexus's within the (negative) honda stereotype. Just bc some ppl sit low doesnt mean they drive crappy fartcans with huge wings and meaningless stickers. I can personally say that all of the Gs's here who are lowered anywhere with springs or airbags are all tastefully modded within their respected styles (mainly VIP). I swear some ppl on this board need a subscription to VIP Style Magazine.
