Once you lower it you won't need bigger wheels. The drop will make it all come together and feel perfect. 19"s are within OEM specs anyways so you will be in great shape.
It's ok to roll around on stock rims at stock ride height, but come on, driving on $4,000 worth of rims (19's no less) at that stock ride height is pretty lame (no offense). It's like buying a $4,000 suit and not having it tailored. Spend the extra $500. ALL IMHO.

I had those exact same wheels on my second gen GS and really liked the way they looked on it. I am leaning more towards a mag on the 3rd gen though. Nice look, brings back memories.
Looks sharp! What are the wheels specs? (Front & rear offset, tire size?) True, it would look a little bit better if lowered, but still looks great at stock height.
