Storage of Owner's Manual solved
The Owner's Manual just didn't fit anyplace; glove box, door pockets, etc. I was discussing with my spousal unit and she pointed out the First Aid Kit in the trunk and the fact that the holding strap looked plenty long. Problem solved....

Well..if you cut your finger you can wrap the Personal Settings flier
around it
