I'd be curious if there's touchup for the wheels too. you'd think there would be......

I noticed a chip on one of my rims after Lexus did the 5k service and wheel rotation. Of course they new nothing about it, I was so pissed I did not even asked them if they make a touch-up paint. I hate taking my car to people who can not afford a nice car so they dont know how to take care of anything nice.

Maybe you should invest in a pair of these for the wife's car:

So I checked with a Lexus dealer today to see about at least obtaining the paint code for the wheeles. He told me there is no paint code because the wheels are not actually painted, but epoxy coated.
I'm coming to the same solution as GS430X6--finding some silver paint. I've tried a couple--will advise if any of them seem ideal.

Wheel Repair

I know that there are a few "Wheels America" stores that fixes up rims like BRAND NEW! There's one here in San Antonio... I never used them, but my friend did. His girlfriend dinged up his KMC wheels really bad. Anyway, they said they have a flat rate for ALL repairs, which is $139.00, plus or minues ten bucks for each wheel, and that includes polishing up the rim. It looks as good as brand new.
It's a chain store... not too many locations, but if you're close to one, I would definatley recommend it. They're website is:

They even have before and after pictures to show you what they can do... really amazing. I hope this helps. Take it easy.
