Very nice...did you upgrade any of them...i'm an upgrade nut....my latest project was to renovate my bathroom....almost done..will post pics soon. I'm a big DIY for home projects....is this the type of stuff you get into or are you more into a buy and hold type of strategy?

I upgraded the house that I was living in and the other two i just left as they were and rented them out.

I've recently gotten into buying land, unbelievable how crazy the market is right now...

I came off the assembly line back when the earth was still cooling compared to some of these young bucks!

I am 26 and I am proud to say that my first car was a 87 Buick Skyhawk.......i think i had to donate that car cuz no one wanted to buy it...

I have been on my own since i was 18 and have paid my dues to get to this point in my life. Me and the wife have great jobs and we can afford good things by the grace of God. I am not a success story and I still think we have a long way to go and learn. I think ANYONE with determination, some sort of skill/education and most of all confidence can make it. Also i agree that money does NOT make a man but you need it to survive and having some fun never hurt anybody

VERY impressive , and now into land - wow. Any tips on what you look for in land? I'm considering getting some more (I live on 8 acres) but don't want a big headache or expense to 'maintain' the land.

I am 25 and was 24 when I first bought the GS. Fortunately, I am in a niche profession and made a killing in real estate the last few years.
