Default vibrating brakes

Do any of you guys notice your brake pedals vibrating when you first start your engine? For few minutes after starting my car, I can feel the pedal vibrating under my foot when i brake slightly and I could even hear something going on down there. Not sure what it is but it goes away completely after driving it for a while. I noticed this when i first test drove the car on several GS 430's. Sales guys says it's normal b/c the other cars were like that too but didn't know what it was. I didn't notice the vibration from the 300 though.

yea, i noticed 300 doesn't do that, just the 430. I thought maybe the VDIM is getting the brakes warmed up cause it only happens initially after starting the car. Any case i'll have to ask on my 5,000 service visit.

Yes, this has been discussed before. I complained to Lexus too. According to their corporate techs this is "normal operation" for the GS430. Guess it's one of those quirks they will fix in the next model year.... one hopes.

Great.... normal operation meaning they won't have a fix for our 430's...
