any one have any wierd problems after installing a factory sirius system in a 2006 lexus gs300?
help.we just did one and the only window that works is the drivers front.and the navi voice stopped.we never took the door apart or the radio out.it was plug and play in the trunk?

the only problem i have experienced from time to time is a software glitch/bug. sometimes when scrolling through SAT1, SAT2, SAT3, AM, it won't go back to SAT1 after AM, almost like it doesn't know SAT is available. it doesn't happen all the time, probably 50%. annoying, but i chalk it up to 1st year issues with sirius/ML compatibility.

yours is certainly much more serious, an electrical wiring failure, which doesn't sound like it should be related to the Sirius install.

I learned yesterday that you have to recalibrate the windows. The controls on each of the doors should still work.

Put each of the windows half-way down, then all the way up (and hold the control in the "up" position for a second after the window is fully closed). This recalibrates the jam sensor and all will be well. You need to do the sunroof, too.

This happened as a result of the battery being disconnected.
